User Eligibility

Renter Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information in all inquiries and communications
• Communicate respectfully with service providers
• Verify that any planned improvements comply with your lease agreement
• Confirm materials, methods, and restrictions with your landlord before proceeding

Provider Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date profile information
• Offer only renter-friendly, non-permanent services
• Conduct business professionally and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
• Maintain all required licenses and insurance

Subscription Terms

Provider subscriptions auto-renew monthly. You may cancel at any time through your provider dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Pay-Per-Lead Terms

Lead fees are charged per qualified inquiry based on the service category. Fees are non-refundable once a lead has been delivered to the provider.

Prohibited Conduct

• Spam, unsolicited communications, or fraudulent activity
• Providing false or misleading information
• Harassment of other users or providers
• Offering illegal services or permanent modifications marketed as renter-safe
• Attempting to circumvent platform security or functionality

Intellectual Property

All Renter Hive content, branding, logos, and platform design are the property of Renter Hive LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Renter Hive is a directory platform and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcome of services provided by listed providers. Users engage providers at their own risk.

Disclaimer

Renter Hive does not guarantee that any service is appropriate for your specific lease agreement. Users should always verify with their landlord before proceeding with any home improvements.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
